FOX Rehabilitation is a clinician-operated practice rooted in meaningful relationships, evidence-based care, and a mission to abolish ageism. Our leaders understand clinical work because they have lived it, fostering a culture that invests in your growth and values clinician-driven decision-making. We are currently growing in the greater Orlando area and surrounding locations, expanding our reach to deliver exceptional one-on-one care to older adults right where they live.
As a Physical Therapist with FOX, you will deliver our signature Geriatric House Calls™ model, treating patients in private residences, Senior Living Communities, Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care. This opportunity is designed for clinicians who value autonomy and flexibility, offering the freedom to create and manage your own treatment schedule while building strong, lasting relationships with patients.
Your day will focus on helping patients improve mobility, independence, and quality of life through individualized plans of care. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of PTs, OTs, SLPs, and Fitness Specialists to support patient wellness and longevity. Additionally, you may incorporate telehealth and virtual care into your schedule to enhance flexibility and continuity of care.
