About the Role
As a Clinic Manager - Physical Therapist, you will lead the daily operations of your clinic while continuing to deliver high-quality physical therapy treatment. You will make a powerful impact on your local community by developing and delivering personalized plans of care for a diverse patient population with both orthopedic and neurologic diagnoses.
In this role, you will objectively measure patient outcomes using cutting-edge software and efficiently document evaluations, treatments, re-evaluations, and discharge notes. Beyond clinical duties, you will manage financial, administrative, and personnel aspects of the clinic, collaborating with teammates to grow your skills and clinic culture. You will also actively pursue professional growth through professional affiliations, workshop attendance, conferences, and community events.
Hiring Process
