Your journey involves providing direct inpatient care to patients in need of physical therapy. You will supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, create personalized care plans, and address patient concerns. A key part of your role is building meaningful relationships by taking the time to understand the physical, mental, and emotional needs of your patients to support their recovery.
