About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Outpatient Physical Therapist to join our team. In this role, you will provide high-quality patient care, developing tailored treatment plans to help patients achieve their rehabilitation goals. You will partner with patients and their families to educate them on rehabilitation processes, home exercise programs, and preventative care strategies, ensuring a comprehensive approach to recovery.
