About the Role
In this collaborative, patient-centered setting, you will serve as a vital link in the continuum of care. Your primary mission is to improve the function and quality of life for our patients through individualized treatment. You will perform comprehensive evaluations to design tailored plans, delivering manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and neuromuscular re-education.
Your day will involve working closely with an interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes, while also taking the lead in educating patients and their families on home exercises and injury prevention. Accuracy and timeliness in documenting care within our EMR systems are essential to maintaining the high standards of our practice.
