Requirements
- verifiedValid Physical Therapy license in state of practice
- verifiedMaster's degree in Physical Therapy
- verifiedMaster's degree in PT related field plus Bachelor's in PT
- verifiedBachelor's degree in PT plus 5 years PT experience
- verifiedU.S. equivalent evaluation for foreign PT degree
