Inspire health. Serve with compassion. Be the difference.
At Prisma Health, our vision is simple: to transform healthcare for the benefits of the communities we serve. This transformation requires talented individuals in every role, dedicated to delivering exceptional care with compassion and clinical excellence.
About the Role
This position serves as a pivotal clinical leader within the Physical Therapy department at Blount Memorial Hospital. You will be responsible for planning and implementing comprehensive treatment programs for individual patients, ensuring care aligns with the highest principles of physical therapy practice. Beyond direct patient care, you will play a key role in the operational and clinical functions of the department, hospital, and corporation.
A core aspect of this role is mentorship. You will provide direction, supervision, and educational support to Physical Therapists, Physical Therapist Assistants, Therapy Aides, and Physical Therapy Students. By fostering an interdisciplinary approach, you will help coordinate quality care that addresses the unique needs of patients across neurological, musculoskeletal, cardiovascular, and pulmonary systems.
Our Culture
We are committed to a culture where every team member embodies our purpose: inspiring health and serving with compassion. You are expected to exhibit behaviors that support the department's purpose statements, demonstrating sound judgment, respect for colleagues, and a commitment to maintaining a favorable image of the therapy department and Prisma Health.
