About the Role
JAG Physical Therapy is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist to provide evidence-based rehabilitative care across our New Jersey facilities. This role exists to transform patient lives by restoring function and reducing pain through a collaborative, patient-centered approach.
In this position, you will serve as a key member of a multidisciplinary team, evaluating patients and developing individualized treatment plans that utilize manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and advanced modalities. Your day will involve close collaboration with physicians to coordinate comprehensive care, while also taking the lead in educating patients and their families on injury prevention, self-management, and home exercise programs. You will document progress in our EMR system and actively participate in staff meetings and continuing education to ensure the highest standards of clinical practice.

Requirements
