About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate physiatrist to join our team in Indianapolis, IN. The ideal candidate will be a board-certified or board-eligible physiatrist with experience in managing patients with a wide range of physical disabilities and chronic conditions. This role focuses on providing rehabilitation and pain consultations in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs), including performing trigger points and joint injections.

Additional Requirements
Candidates must be a Board Certified or Board Eligible Medical Doctor with or without US residency and hold a current US work visa. Additionally, employees must wear the required PPE per company and/or facility requirements and comply with facility vaccination requirements.
