Photographer (Independent Contractor) - AI Trainer

Role Summary
We are seeking analytical, detail-oriented individuals, including small business owners, freelancers, and independent contractors, to help teach AI chatbots. In this role, you will create complex prompts to test AI models, write high-quality responses to demonstrate excellence, and evaluate various model outputs against accuracy and style guidelines. This position is particularly well-suited for professionals who frequently manage business communications and have an interest in how AI tools can be applied in real-world work environments. No prior experience with AI is necessary.
Hiring Process
As part of the application process, you will be required to complete an assessment. Passing this assessment grants you access to projects. Based on the quality of your work, you will continue to receive regular project assignments. Our most successful candidates typically work between 5 and 40 hours per week.
Benefits and Compensation
- This is a remote position, available as either full-time or part-time.
- You have the freedom to select which projects you wish to work on.
- You can work according to your own schedule.
- Projects start at a rate of $20+ per hour, with a bonus rate of $28 per hour for high-quality work.
Responsibilities
- Generate diverse conversations across a variety of topics.
- Write high-quality answers in response to specific prompts.
- Compare the performance of different AI models.
- Research and fact-check AI responses.
Qualifications
- Fluent proficiency in English.
- A bachelor's degree, either completed or currently in progress.
- Experience managing small business communications and/or self-employment.
- Excellent writing and research skills.
- Strong fact-checking abilities and the capacity to work independently.
Additional Information
Payment is processed via PayPal. We will never request money from you. PayPal handles all currency conversions from USD. Only applicants located in the United States, United Kingdom, and Canada will be considered for this role. This is an independent contractor position.
