In this role, you will model and deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience. You will engage customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services, resolving customer issues, and answering questions to ensure a positive experience. You will develop strong relationships with our most valuable customers and share customer service best practices with all team members.
Under the supervision of a pharmacist, you will assist in the practice of pharmacy in accordance with state, federal, and company policy. This includes utilizing pharmacy systems to enter patient and drug information, filling prescriptions, verifying medicine, and checking for possible interactions. You will also handle telephone calls that do not require the personal attention of the pharmacist, process manual claims for third-party prescription services, and assist with inventory management activities such as ordering and storing shipments of pharmaceuticals.
