About the Role
As a Pharmacy Inpatient Operations Manager at Legacy Health, you will lead hospital pharmacy services that directly support safe, effective patient care. In this mission-driven environment, you will manage daily inpatient pharmacy operations, including medication distribution, staffing, workflow optimization, and regulatory compliance.
Working closely with nurses, physicians, and system leaders, you will drive quality, safety, and efficiency initiatives. Your day-to-day involves supervising and mentoring pharmacists and technicians, optimizing workflows and automation, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to improve clinical and operational outcomes. You will also support staff development and help shape policies that enhance patient outcomes while aligning with Legacy Health's culture.

Requirements
- verifiedCurrent Pharmacist license in state of practice
- verifiedDoctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from an accredited program
- verifiedCompletion of PGY1 Pharmacy Practice Residency
- verifiedDemonstrated experience with hospital pharmacy operations and automation systems
- verifiedLeadership or management experience in an inpatient or health-system setting
Nice to Have
Completion of PGY1 Pharmacy Practice Residency; PGY2 in Health-System Pharmacy Administration or similar. Board certification in pharmacotherapy or relevant specialty (e.g., BCPS).
