About the Role
As a Floating Pharmacist, you will join a genuine patient-centric environment distinguished by clinical services such as immunizations and Medication Therapy Management (MTM). Your passion for health and wellness, combined with Publix's reputation for excellence, sets the stage for a career built on caring.
In this role, you will serve as the pharmacist-on-duty, executing strategy and motivating staff to ensure each pharmacy's success. You will set priorities to maximize contributions, building rapport with both customers and associates while managing team performance and complex operational activities in the absence of the pharmacist-in-charge. As an expert on pharmacy technology systems, you will mentor others on best practices to maximize sales and minimize shrink while meeting customer needs. You will also proactively advance clinical initiatives and bring enthusiasm to new pharmacy initiatives at your assigned locations.
