About the Role

In this position, you will manage medication therapy and oversee the medication management system. You will assess the appropriateness and effectiveness of medications, monitor patient health to identify potential interactions and side effects, and advise the healthcare team on dosage, storage, and drug properties.
Beyond clinical oversight, you will assist in creating and managing medication therapy programs while educating patients on their prescribed medications. This role requires staying abreast of the latest drug developments and regulations, maintaining accurate records of inventory and prescriptions, and collaborating effectively within an interdisciplinary healthcare team.
