About the Role
As a Pharmaceutical Research Expert, you will build the foundational environments that train and evaluate the next generation of AI systems. Your work directly informs how leading labs develop frontier AI agents capable of handling complex, real-world scientific workflows.
In this role, you will design multi-step tasks grounded in authentic pharmaceutical research scenarios. You will create realistic digital workspaces that mirror daily operations, incorporating study protocols, investigator brochures, IND/NDA drafts, and data from platforms like Medidata Rave, Oracle Clinical One, and Benchling. By collaborating with other experts, you will shape the scope of these environments to ensure they rigorously challenge AI agents across target ID, drug discovery, and clinical development domains.
