About the Role
As a Rover pet sitter or dog walker, you provide essential care services to pets in need. Your role involves a variety of tasks including dog walking, drop-in visits, feeding pets, refilling water, cleaning litter boxes, picking up waste, providing companionship, and offering overnight pet sitting when requested. You serve as a trusted partner to pet owners, ensuring their animals are well-cared for in their absence.
Day in the Life
You manage your own schedule and service rates through the Rover platform, allowing you to operate independently as a pet care provider. A key part of your role is communicating with pet owners by sending updates and photos, keeping them connected to their pets' well-being. You have the flexibility to set your own rates and choose the jobs that fit your lifestyle.
Earnings and Benefits
