About the Role

Physical Therapists play a central role in providing compassionate, excellent treatment every step of the way for our patients. In this per diem position, you will partner with a dedicated team to support patients through their extended healing journey. The role involves performing systematic patient assessments, developing treatment plans, and supervising Physical Therapy Assistants and students. You will be responsible for conducting individual therapy regimens, monitoring patient responses, and participating in discharge planning to ensure patients receive the best possible care as they transition home.
