About the Team

AdventHealth for Children is the cornerstone of the largest hospital system in Florida. Our network spans 30 hospitals across the state, totaling over 23,000 births annually, all referring patients for tertiary and quaternary services to our main location near downtown Orlando. Our Pediatric Otolaryngology program, established in 2024, is currently led by two experienced, fellowship-trained pediatric ENTs. We are building a robust 1:1 physician to APP support model to drive growth and professional development in Central Florida.

About the Role

We are seeking an energetic and enthusiastic fellowship-trained Pediatric Otolaryngologist to join our team and help grow our program. This is an employed opportunity through AdventHealth Medical Group (AHMG), a 900+ physician, multi-specialty organization. This aligned model allows you to focus on the clinical aspects of medicine while we handle practice management.

You will join a family-centered practice atmosphere with an expanding children's hospital and a pediatric residency program. The role offers the chance to develop a general Pediatric Otolaryngology practice with a subspecialty focus tailored to your interests and experience, such as Cochlear Implants, Microtia and Atresia, Head & Neck, Craniofacial, Voice and Swallowing disorders, Aerodigestive disorders, or Vascular Anomalies.

A new state-of-the-art outpatient office is currently under construction, slated to open in Q1 2026. This 11,000 sq ft facility will house in-house Audiology, Speech Pathology, Pediatric Dentistry, Imaging, 3-D photography, and a conference room, designed to expand our sub-specialty programs and accommodate future growth.

Our outpatient center is located on the same campus as AdventHealth for Children, situated in the heart of Orlando. This vibrant city offers world-class attractions including Universal Studios and Walt Disney World, along with beaches, professional sports teams (Orlando Magic, Orlando City), and a thriving cultural scene at the Dr. Phillips Center for Performing Arts. The greater Orlando area is one of the fastest-growing regions in the South, featuring excellent schools, diverse housing options, and direct international flights.
