This position is based in Wylie, TX, serving a toddler patient with high acuity needs, including feeding tubes, tracheostomies, and ventilators. While specific clinical training is available, the role requires a Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) to administer medications and provide essential care. You will work alongside a supportive team to ensure outstanding clinical outcomes in a home setting equipped with tablets for electronic documentation.
