Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Travel PCU Stepdown RN to deliver high-quality patient care in progressive care and stepdown units across the United States. This role is designed for nurses who thrive in dynamic environments and are eager to adapt quickly to new clinical settings while making a tangible impact on patient outcomes.
In this position, you will serve as a vital member of the interdisciplinary team, assessing, planning, and evaluating care for acutely ill patients. Your day will involve close collaboration with physicians and care teams to manage complex conditions, interpret telemetry, and educate patients and families on their treatment journeys. As a travel nurse, you will bring your expertise to various facilities, navigating different workflows and protocols with flexibility and professionalism.
