About the Role

Sodexo is seeking a Patient Services Manager 2 to join our healthcare Food Service team at Tampa General Hospital in Tampa, FL. This role is pivotal in an 1,200-bed specialty teaching hospital that is nationally ranked by US News and holds the number 2 overall hospital ranking in Florida.

In this position, you will oversee the Patient Dining Program and daily meal rounding, ensuring service recovery is handled with care. Your day-to-day involves collaborating with clinical, food service, and interdisciplinary teams to enhance the patient experience. You will perform tray assessments to guarantee food quality, presentation, and accuracy, while working to exceed Sodexo standards for Gold Checks and achieve successful regulatory inspections. Additionally, you will manage direct supervision of hourly associates, focusing on their development and ensuring the highest standards are met.
