The Patient Recruitment Support role is a pivotal position designed to transform how patients are engaged throughout the clinical trial journey. Reporting to the Director of Global Patient Recruitment, this role leads the development and execution of scalable, patient-centered strategies that enhance awareness and enrollment across the company's clinical trials.
This position serves as a bridge between scientific priorities and operational reality, working cross-functionally with Clinical Operations, Global Development, Medical Affairs, Patient Advocacy, and external partners. The goal is to deliver tailored recruitment solutions that address specific study needs while supporting enterprise-wide objectives. By driving measurable impact on enrollment timelines, diversity outcomes, and patient experience, this role advances the company's commitment to inclusive, efficient, and impactful clinical research.
You will operate at the intersection of data, strategy, and community engagement. Your day involves designing comprehensive recruitment tactics that leverage partnerships with patient advocacy groups, recruitment vendors, and digital solutions. You will collaborate with global and regional teams to align recruitment timelines with operational delivery, making dynamic adjustments as needed.
A significant portion of your time will be dedicated to stakeholder mapping and innovation. You will identify key organizations capable of partnering on clinical trial awareness, champion new technologies to elevate recruitment outcomes, and ensure trial teams are equipped with the necessary tools and compliant messaging to execute outreach effectively. You will also monitor performance metrics such as enrollment velocity and trial diversity, using data-driven insights to refine strategies and demonstrate their impact to leadership.
This is a hybrid role based in Princeton, NJ (50% onsite at Princeton Pike, 08648), with a standard Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The position is a 5-month contract.
Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) and 5+ years of experience in clinical trial recruitment within a pharmaceutical company, CRO, or clinical site. The selection process focuses on assessing your ability to evaluate recruitment risk, implement mitigation strategies, and demonstrate strong cross-functional communication skills.
