About the Role
The In-Clinic Marketing Specialist is the heartbeat of our clinic's local presence and patient experience. This role is primarily focused on creating an exceptional in-clinic atmosphere through events and community engagement. You will join a collaborative, patient-focused team in a growing practice where providers are supported in building their skills and delivering best-in-class aesthetic results.
The ideal candidate is energetic, creative, and people-driven, someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves connecting with people, and takes pride in representing a luxury aesthetic brand. You will serve as a brand ambassador at community and clinic events, ensuring a polished and consistent clinic representation at all times while fostering a fun, drama-free environment that rewards collaboration.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circlePlan, organize, and execute in-clinic events including open houses, product launches, and patient appreciation nights
- check_circleDevelop and manage B2B partnerships with local businesses to co-host events and cross-promote services
- check_circleIdentify collaboration opportunities with local chambers of commerce, charities, and community organizations
- check_circleCreate and manage referral, VIP, and loyalty programs to encourage repeat visits and word-of-mouth growth
- check_circleAct as a brand ambassador at community and clinic events to ensure polished and consistent clinic representation
- check_circleManage event logistics such as venue setup, vendor coordination, invitations, signage, and follow-up communications
- check_circleMonitor program performance and event metrics to recommend enhancements for patient retention and conversion
Requirements
