Lap of Love Veterinary Hospice is dedicated to providing compassionate, in-home end-of-life care for pets. Our mission is to ensure every animal receives a peaceful and dignified farewell in the comfort of their own home, supported by a team of skilled veterinarians who understand the emotional weight of this work.
As a Part-time Veterinarian, you will serve as a vital link between veterinary medicine and emotional support for families navigating the loss of a beloved companion. This role goes beyond clinical duties; it requires a deep sense of empathy to guide pet owners through sensitive moments, offering clear explanations of care options and managing pain with skill and grace.
You will travel locally to clients' homes to administer medications, perform euthanasia, and handle necessary tissue samples. The position is designed for flexibility, allowing you to tailor your hours to your availability while working independently in a home setting. Success in this role depends on your ability to handle emotional situations with sensitivity and maintain accurate records of all patient care.
Interested candidates should submit their application to join our dedicated team. We value compassion and clinical excellence equally and look forward to reviewing your qualifications.
Lap of Love Veterinary Hospice is an equal opportunity employer committed to building a diverse and inclusive team.
