As a Part Time Teller within PNC's Retail Branch Banking organization at the Westgate Branch office in Toledo, OH, you will be the face of the bank for our customers. Your primary mission is to deliver a unique customer experience aimed at improving customer financial wellbeing and creating loyalty while increasing share of wallet.
In this role, you will process a variety of customer interactions and educate customers on alternatives available for their financial transactions. You will identify banking opportunities during interactions and refer them as appropriate, performing lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and position PNC products to meet their needs. You will leverage technology, tools, and resources to help customers manage their financial transactions effectively. Success in this position requires applying product and procedural knowledge to solve customer problems while adhering to all policies and procedures with sound judgment.
