About the Role
The Animal Medical Center of Mid-America is seeking two skilled, mission-driven Part-Time Surgical Veterinarians to join our team. This role focuses on providing high-quality, high-volume spay and neuter surgeries for both shelter animals and owned pets through our vital subsidized community programs.
You will be supporting the Humane Society of Missouri's mission to end pet overpopulation by working with shelter animals awaiting their forever homes and pets from the community. The position is designed for those seeking an ideal work-life balance, with surgery hours occurring between 9am–2pm, Monday through Friday. This schedule is perfect for parents, semi-retired veterinarians, or those looking to supplement their income without evening or weekend commitments.
Our Facility
AMCMA is AAHA-accredited, ensuring you have access to high-quality equipment and support staff needed to focus on your surgical work. Surgery is performed at our Maryland Heights and Macklind facilities.
