In this position, you will represent the T-Mobile brand and meet customers' wireless needs. As a member of the store team, you will work collaboratively to meet both personal and company goals. Your day-to-day involves providing exceptional customer service, from greeting visitors to assessing their needs and guiding them toward the right technology solutions. You will engage in service selling, ensuring customers feel comfortable and confident while building their accounts and maximizing existing relationships.
Beyond sales, you will play a key role in the store's operations, assisting with opening and closing procedures, cash handling, inventory counts, and maintaining the store's appearance. You will also participate in marketing efforts to solicit new business through community involvement and outreach programs.
