About the Role

This position is designed for individuals who are passionate about delivering a highly satisfied customer experience. You will be the face of the store, engaging and interacting with all customers while embodying our core customer experience principles and philosophy. Your day will involve maintaining a clean, organized, and safe store environment while adhering to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards.

You will serve as a role model for established customer experience practices, supporting a positive store culture built on honesty, integrity, and respect. The role requires accuracy in processing transactions, promoting credit and loyalty programs, and preparing merchandise for the sales floor. You will also participate in store recovery efforts throughout the day to uphold our organizational and cleanliness standards. As a team member, you may be cross-trained to work in multiple areas of the store to support the evolving needs of the business, responding appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations.
