Become an ambassador for world-famous brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, and Triscuit. As a Part Time Nabisco Merchandiser, you will fulfill the merchandising needs of our customers through communication, relationship building, and maintaining store displays. You will represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees, working closely with sales representatives to optimize product visibility and construct promotional displays.
Your day will involve visiting assigned stores to ensure Nabisco leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained according to Mondelēz guidelines. You will carry out in-store visits following the DSD Merchandising Steps, which includes capturing pictures of displays. The role requires enhancing seasonal sales, managing seasonal displays, and supporting new product launches. You will follow a daily schedule set by the merchandising manager to ensure efficient in-store service and communicate any issues regarding negotiated plans with store managers to the Mondelēz management team.

Applicants must be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver's license. You must live within a 25-mile range of the primary location in Ashdown, AR (with secondary locations in De Queen, AR). The schedule requires availability for two to three days per week, including potential weekends, starting between 6-7 am, for 10-15 hours per week.
