About the Role
As a team member at Homesense, you are responsible for delivering a highly satisfied customer experience. You will embody our customer experience principles by engaging with all customers and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. This role requires adhering to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards while supporting the business through cross-training in multiple store areas.
You will model established customer experience practices, fostering a positive store culture built on honesty, integrity, and respect. Your day-to-day involves accurately processing transactions, promoting credit and loyalty programs, and preparing merchandise for the sales floor. You will also initiate store recovery efforts, maintain organizational and cleanliness standards, and participate in safety awareness programs to ensure a safe environment for everyone.
