Thriveworks is a mental health care company founded by clinicians in 2008 and still led by them today. With 340+ locations and a nationwide hybrid care model, we serve over 175,000 clients annually through more than 1.7 million sessions. We partner with health systems and primary care providers because we believe mental health is inseparable from physical health. As a clinician-led organization, we are built to support the people who do this work with the tools, community, and stability needed to build a career that lasts.
We are seeking licensed clinicians in Jackson, MS, to provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions. You will partner with a vibrant community of more than 2,700 licensed providers to deliver compassionate, evidence-based care. This role is designed for behavioral health generalists open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children, with a focus on helping them achieve measurable progress.
We handle the administrative work—credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing—so you can focus on what you do best. You will build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing, with flexible scheduling available seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET. To combat the isolation often felt in telehealth, you will have access to live clinical support, monthly case consultations, and a supportive environment where all clinical leadership is promoted from within.
Interested candidates should apply directly to join our team. Our recruiters will contact you via email from a @thriveworks.com address or via text/phone to schedule an interview. Interviews are conducted exclusively over Google Meet. Please note that we will never ask you to purchase or send equipment.
Thriveworks is an Equal Opportunity Employer. Our people are our most valuable assets, and we embrace and encourage differences in age, color, disability, ethnicity, gender identity or expression, national origin, physical and mental ability, race, religion, sexual orientation, veteran status, and other characteristics that make our employees unique. We welcome diverse candidates to bring their unique perspectives to our team.
Note: To ensure safety from job scams, our team will only communicate from official @thriveworks.com or @myworkday.com addresses and will never request equipment purchases.
