About the Role

As a Butler Plus team member, you will be the face of our nightly doorstep trash and recycling collection, playing a vital role in the communities we serve. This role is designed for aspiring and energetic individuals eager to contribute to our success. You will bring a positive attitude and a strong work ethic to deliver excellent doorstep valet trash services.

No prior experience is required; we provide all the training you need to excel. You will work independently to ensure the satisfactory completion of nightly collections, utilizing our cutting-edge field app for timekeeping and reporting. Your day will involve safely transporting collected trash to on-site disposal areas and performing additional services as needed, such as porter service, bulk item hauling, and community cleanliness tasks. You will work quietly and efficiently to minimize noise and avoid disturbing residents, maintaining daily communication with your supervisor to ensure a streamlined workflow.
