The Parenting Initiatives Facilitator serves as a vital operational partner within the Student Affairs division, specifically supporting the Parenting Support Services (PSS) team. Funded by the Parent Pathways Grant, this role is designed to bridge the gap between academic goals and the unique challenges faced by parenting students. The position exists to ensure that students navigating parenthood have seamless access to essential resources, allowing them to remain enrolled and on track for graduation.\n Working closely with the Parenting Student Success Coach, the Facilitator focuses on the day-to-day execution of programs that address critical barriers such as childcare, housing stability, and basic needs. This is a dynamic, hybrid role where you will coordinate complex logistics, facilitate new initiatives like the P.I.T. Pop-In Childcare program, and manage relationships with community vendors. The work involves a blend of strategic planning and hands-on student support, ensuring that workshops, webinars, and outreach activities are delivered effectively to the campus community.
