Key Responsibilities
- check_circleAssess each call situation to determine the best course of action while working with progressive Paramedic protocols
- check_circleUtilize Paramedic skills on medical equipment and procedures to provide advanced medical care
- check_circleCommunicate with patients and loved ones to provide information and assurance that care is being given
- check_circleAct as Paramedic team leader and take responsibility for the scene and unit management as needed
- check_circleDrive the ambulance on 911 responses
- check_circleWork collaboratively and in a professional manner with all allied health and public safety personnel
Requirements
- verifiedHigh school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- verifiedOregon State Paramedic License
- verifiedState Driver's License
- verifiedBLS, ACLS, PALS, PHTLS certifications
- verifiedICS 100, 200, 700, 800 certifications
- verifiedPass Physical Agility Test
- verifiedSome work experience, preferably in healthcare
