About the Role
We are immediately hiring passionate Paramedics to join our team in Burlingame, CA. This full-time opportunity is designed for professionals dedicated to providing both basic and advanced patient care. As a Paramedic with AMR, you will be the face of our mission, delivering high-quality service to our customers during critical moments.
In this role, you will assess each call situation to determine the best course of action while adhering to progressive Paramedic protocols. You will utilize advanced medical equipment—including defibrillators, EKG monitors, oxygen and suction devices, and intravenous fluids—to provide essential care. Beyond clinical duties, you will act as a team leader when needed, managing the scene and unit, and driving the ambulance for 911 responses. You will also communicate with patients and their loved ones to provide information and assurance, while collaborating professionally with allied health and public safety personnel. Additionally, you will participate in community programs to maintain AMR's image and establish strong community relations.
Hiring Process & Application
This position is open for immediate hire. Qualified candidates who meet the minimum required qualifications, including a State Paramedic License, Ambulance Driver's License, and Medical Examiner's Card, are encouraged to apply. The role includes a sign-on bonus of $10,000 (restrictions apply) and offers a competitive pay range of $34.76 to $49.99 per hour for 12-hour shifts.

Requirements
