About the Role & Team
Disney Entertainment Marketing is seeking a Paralegal to provide essential legal and general support for the global marketing and advertising of motion picture, television, and streaming productions. In this role, you will partner with attorneys to manage multi-faceted legal matters across publicity, special events, influencer collaborations, digital marketing, and vendor engagements.
You will be the backbone of the team, working closely with business units and legal professionals to ensure compliance with policies, draft legal correspondence, and maintain accurate records. This position offers a dynamic day-to-day environment where you will review content, prepare transactional documents, conduct legal research, and assist with special projects that drive the marketing strategy forward.

Requirements
- verifiedAt least 1+ years of experience as a paralegal or related field
- verifiedParalegal certificate or equivalent experience preferred
- verifiedBachelor's Degree and/or qualifications to be a paralegal by certification or education as set forth by the American Bar Association and/or any applicable state codes
- verifiedStrong understanding of contracts
- verifiedProficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- verifiedFamiliarity with entertainment and motion picture or television industry
