Many organizations have a mission statement; we have a calling: to lead the way to a better future for health care. The Permanente Medical Group, Inc. is one of the largest medical groups in the nation, with over 10,000 physicians, 21 medical centers, and numerous clinics throughout Northern and Central California. We maintain an over 80-year tradition of providing quality medical care.
We are currently seeking Board Certified/Board Eligible (BC/BE) Palliative Care Physicians to join our teams throughout Northern and Central California. This role offers a work-life balance focused practice with flexible schedules and unmatched practice support. You will focus on providing excellent patient care without managing overhead and billing, as there are no RVUs.
You will engage in multi-specialty collaboration within a mission-driven integrated health care delivery model. The role utilizes an outstanding electronic medical record system that allows flexibility in patient management. As part of a physician-led organization, you will have opportunities for professional development in teaching, research, mentorship, physician leadership, and community service.
