The Nuvance Health Medical Practice Division of Pain Management is seeking a Pain Management Nurse Practitioner to join our comprehensive Neurosciences Department in Poughkeepsie, NY. This role is part of a larger mission to change health care for the better through relentless clinical innovation and research.

About the Role

As a Pain Management Nurse Practitioner, you will provide global management of patients with pain conditions within a supportive and advanced clinical environment. You will conduct thorough evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans incorporating pharmacologic and non-pharmacologic therapies, and utilize various modalities for pain relief. Your work will involve educating patients and families about coping strategies and lifestyle modifications to improve quality of life, while maintaining accurate documentation in accordance with healthcare regulations.
