St. Charles Health System features a 13-bed acute rehabilitation unit dedicated to helping patients who are recovering from various injuries or illnesses. In partnership with Lifepoint Rehabilitation, this facility provides 24 hours of nursing care and intensive inpatient therapy to ensure an outstanding experience and quality outcomes for all patients we serve.

Key Responsibilities

- check_circleCoordinate IRF-PAI completion with the interdisciplinary team
- check_circleGather, input, and transmit data to Medicare
Requirements

- verifiedPrevious experience working in inpatient rehabilitation (preferred)
