Packaging Specialist (Day Shift)
Company Overview
Graham Packaging Company is seeking a dedicated Packaging Specialist to join the production team. This role focuses on maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency within the packaging operations.
Compensation
- Starting Wage: $20.60 per hour

Key Responsibilities
Production and Quality Control
- Maintain general housekeeping standards within the production area, specifically focusing on case making, inspecting, and packing finished products.
- Conduct visual inspections of finished goods to identify defects, ensuring that only quality-compliant products proceed to packing.
- Actively participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance operational standards.
Safety and Compliance
- Adhere strictly to all safety, health, and quality Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) protocols.
- Follow all company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and compliant work environment.
- Keep the work area clean, orderly, and safe at all times.
Training and Documentation
- Assist in training both regular and temporary staff members on proper stacking techniques, packing quality standards, and case machine operations.
- Complete all required written documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
