About the Role

We are seeking experienced CDL-A Owner Operator Drivers across the United States to join our network as independent contractors. This role is ideal for business-minded drivers seeking higher earnings potential and the flexibility of running their own operation. As a partner within our network, you will have access to a robust agent base, consistent freight opportunities, and top-tier operational support.

Whether you operate in the Van or Flatbed division, you will leverage our 300+ freight agents nationwide to secure loads that fit your preferences, whether regional, OTR, or dedicated. The position offers the freedom to manage your own schedule while benefiting from 24/7 operations and road service support.

Hiring Process

Onboarding is designed for speed and efficiency. Selected candidates will complete an online orientation to facilitate fast integration into our system. Once onboarded, you will gain immediate access to our technology tools for load management, communication, and documentation, allowing you to start generating revenue quickly.
