We are seeking experienced CDL-A Owner Operator Drivers across the United States to join our network as independent contractors. This role is designed for business-minded drivers who value the flexibility of running their own operation while accessing a robust agent base and consistent freight opportunities. Whether you are interested in regional, OTR, or dedicated lanes, you will have the autonomy to manage your schedule while leveraging our top-tier operational support.
As a UACL contractor, you will build relationships with over 300 freight agents nationwide. The position offers a competitive compensation structure, including up to 75% of linehaul pay, with options to optimize earnings through our trailer rental programs. We provide 24/7 operations and road service support, ensuring you have the resources to handle any situation on the road. Our goal is to create a partnership where you can focus on driving while we handle the complexities of dispatch and administrative support.
We prioritize a fast and efficient onboarding experience. Qualified candidates will complete an online orientation to get started quickly. Once onboarded, you will gain immediate access to our load management tools and begin building your route with our agent network.
