About the Role
We are seeking experienced CDL-A Owner Operator Drivers across the United States to join our network as independent contractors. This role is ideal for business-minded drivers seeking higher earnings potential and the flexibility of running their own operation. As a partner within our network, you will have access to a robust agent base, consistent freight opportunities, and top-tier operational support.
You will build relationships with over 300 freight agents nationwide and utilize our 24/7 operations and road service support. Whether you are operating in the Van or Flatbed division, you will leverage our technology tools for load management and documentation while maintaining a strong safety record and professional representation of the UACL brand at pickup and delivery locations.
Hiring Process
Onboarding is designed for speed and efficiency. Selected candidates will complete an online orientation to facilitate fast onboarding. Once onboarded, you will coordinate with our Operations team regarding trailer rental options and begin accessing consistent freight opportunities immediately.
