About the Role

Drive with Logistix Services Inc as an Owner-Operator. We invite you to maximize your earnings with competitive rates and full support, whether you operate under your own authority or ours. Our goal is to ensure your company stays compliant, grows steadily, and maintains a strong safety score for a secure future.

We offer a flexible work environment with no forced dispatch, allowing you to drive on your own terms. You will focus on 90% no-touch freight, minimizing unnecessary hassle. We provide 24/7 dispatch, safety, ELD, accounting, and fleet support to handle the administrative side of your business.

Our payment structure ensures reliability, with direct deposit every Friday for the previous week’s loads. We also offer fuel discounts of $0.10 per gallon at major truck stops and a pet-friendly policy so you can bring your companion along for the ride.

Working Options & Fees

Option 1: Operating Under Your Own Authority

Choose this option if you have your own MC number. You will pay a 12% dispatch service fee. This includes full dispatch and back-office support to help grow your company, keep you compliant, and ensure your safety score remains strong.

Option 2: Operating Under Company Authority

If you prefer to operate under our authority, you will pay a 15% dispatch and factoring service fee. This includes $250 weekly for cargo insurance and general liability provided by us. Additionally, there is an escrow requirement of $250 weekly for the first 10 weeks, which is refundable after 45 days upon completion.

Additional Monthly Fees (Both Options):

  • $170/month for ELD, safety, and fleet support (equivalent to $40/week).
  • $150/month for optional occupational accident insurance.

We handle all factoring and paperwork so you can focus on driving. The schedule offers flexible home time, typically 2–3 weeks out with 3–4 days at home.
