About the Company

DeWitt Transportation LLC is a small, refrigerated fleet operating 65 trucks, primarily east of I-25. Owned and operated by Tim DeWitt, a former driver with over 3.5 million miles on the road since 1997, the company was founded on a simple principle: to eliminate the unpredictable income that often plagues the trucking industry. What started in 2008 with a single truck has grown into a fleet built on the belief that drivers deserve financial stability.

About the Role

As an OTR Company Driver, you will join a team that prioritizes your peace of mind. We offer guaranteed pay for all time on the road, removing the stress of fluctuating weekly earnings. Our fleet consists of modern 2019–2023 Cascadias equipped with DD15/DT-12 powertrains, 72-inch double bunk sleepers, APUs, and advanced navigation tools like EZ Pass and PrePass.

You will spend your days hauling refrigerated freight across the eastern United States, with the freedom of a drop-and-hook model where you never unload. The route structure is designed for balance: after 3, 4, or 5 weeks on the road, you are entitled to 4½ to 9 days of home time. We operate in a specific footprint—no NYC, no winter chaining, and the majority of miles east of I-25—allowing you to focus on the road without unnecessary complications.
