About the Role

We are seeking an Outside Sales Representative to join our team and work within an assigned territory. In this role, you will engage directly with prospective customers on-site, conducting in-home sales presentations to educate them and develop customized security and automated alarm systems tailored to their specific needs.

You will represent Safe Haven Security with professionalism and integrity, leveraging sales tools to drive productivity and an efficient sales process. This position is designed for self-motivated individuals who thrive working independently with minimal supervision, solving problems, and overcoming objections to close sales.

Compensation & Culture

This is a fully commissioned role with uncapped earning potential, offering weekly pay. Top performers can earn between $70,000 and $125,000 annually, with additional sales bonuses ranging from $750 to $2,000 per month. Beyond compensation, we provide monthly bonuses, incentives, paid vacations, PTO, paid holidays, and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401k, and life insurance.
