The Outside Sales Representative is a pivotal member of our outside sales team, operating within an assigned territory to engage directly with prospective customers on-site. This role is designed for self-motivated individuals who thrive in a results-oriented environment and are eager to make a tangible impact on community safety.
In this position, you will conduct in-home sales presentations to educate customers and develop customized security and automated alarm systems tailored to their specific needs. You will leverage advanced sales tools to drive productivity and ensure an efficient sales process. Success in this role requires representing Safe Haven Security with professionalism and integrity while adhering to our core values. You will work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills to overcome objections and close sales.
Joining Safe Haven Security offers a rewarding career path in the home security industry with a compensation structure designed to reward high performance. As a fully commissioned role, you enjoy uncapped earning potential with weekly pay. Top performers can earn between $70,000 and $125,000 annually, with average compensation payouts of $426 per package and an average of 9 installs per month. Additional sales bonuses ranging from $750 to $2,000 per month are available for top achievers.
