About the Role

We are seeking an Outside Sales Representative to join our team and work within an assigned territory. In this role, you will engage directly with prospective customers on-site, conducting in-home sales presentations to educate them and develop customized security and automated alarm systems tailored to their specific needs.

You will operate as a self-motivated professional, leveraging sales tools to drive productivity and an efficient sales process. This position requires you to represent Safe Haven Security with professionalism and integrity while working independently with minimal supervision. You will be part of a team that invests in its employees through comprehensive training programs, ongoing support, and opportunities for growth and advancement.

Compensation and Culture

This is a fully commissioned role with uncapped earning potential, offering weekly pay. Top performers can earn between $70,000 and $125,000 annually, with an average payout of $426 per package and approximately 9 installs per month. Additional sales bonuses range from $750 to $2,000 per month.
