About the Role
This is a dedicated, line-haul position for a solo Class A driver operating refrigerated trucks on Over-The-Road (OTR) routes. You will not be responsible for loading or unloading cargo, allowing you to focus on safe and efficient driving. Our trucks are governed to the speed limit to ensure compliance and safety on the road.
Compensation & Benefits
Drivers can expect a total weekly average pay between $1,000 and $2,000, with an average of 1,000 to 3,500 miles per week. We offer a $3,000 sign-on bonus, which is paid out after 90 days of employment.
Home Time
We understand the importance of being home with family. While you can expect to be out for 14 to 21 days at a time, our schedule is designed to provide 4 days of home time for every 14 days worked. Additionally, you are guaranteed to be home at least one weekend per month.
Hiring Requirements
To join our team, you must hold a Class A license without any restrictions, specifically excluding (G) Night Driving or (V) Medical Variance. Candidates must also have at least 2 years of tractor-trailer experience.
