About the Role

As a Company Driver, you will operate a Dry Van on Over-The-Road (OTR) routes. This position offers a dynamic day-to-day experience where you will handle approximately 50% of the driver load and unload duties. You can expect to average between 2,000 and 2,500 miles per week, with compensation structured as a combination of mileage and stop money. The role is designed for solo drivers looking for consistent work with the flexibility to extend their time on the road if desired.

Home Time & Schedule

Our home time policy is designed to balance your professional commitments with your personal life. Drivers can expect to be out for 14 to 21 days at a time. We offer a specific accrual system where you earn two days of home time for every 14 days worked, ensuring you are home at least one weekend per month. If you prefer to stay out longer to maximize earnings, that flexibility is available to you.

Hiring Process & Orientation

We make the transition to our team as smooth as possible with a fully paid orientation program. To support you during this process, we cover accommodation in your own room, provide lunch, and assist with travel expenses. Once hired, you will join a team that values your experience and commitment to safety and efficiency.
